M.O.D.O.K.: Reign Delay
Down on his luck, the giant-headed super villain M.O.D.O.K. (Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing) is forced to relocate his base of operations to his dysfunctional parents home in sleepy Erie, Pennsylvania to try and get his life back together while trying to manage his disgruntled minions, avoid former childhood bullies, do battle with a blue collar Canadian super hero, and impress everyone at his high school reunion.
M.O.D.O.K.: Reign Delay was one of the most fun projects that I've ever done and the behind-the-scenes story of how it got made is pretty crazy too. Ten years after publication the comic would help inspire the premise of the M.O.D.O.K. animated series on Hulu, which also focuses on his mostly mundane home life and how his deep personality flaws are greatest enemy.
