It was a joy and a privilege to collaborate with James Beard award-nominated chef, restauranteur and "Iron Chef Canada" cast member Amanda Cohen on her first cookbook. Teaming up with writer Grady Hendix, we translated Amanda's recipes, anecdotes and personal philosophies into a unique hybrid cookbook and comic book memoir that we're all very proud of. The recipes are super tasty and it's really funny too! Published by Clarkson/Potter in 2012, Dirt Candy: A Cookbook is now in its 8th printing (with no signs of slowing down) and available in bookstores everywhere.
